Accommodation
The ground floor is entirely open plan with 3 sets of patio doors leading on to terraces to the front and rear gardens giving a spacious airy feel to the property. A ground floor guest shower room leads off the entrance hall.
All rooms have air conditioning and fly screens are fitted.
The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine and a microwave oven. There is a washing machine in the utility room in the basement. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment to enable you to cook within the villa. There is also a BBQ.
The hallway leads to the dining room. The sitting room has corner sofa and two chairs with a coffee table. There is a CD player for guests to use which plays MP3 songs if required. The room is air-conditioned.
There is a 20 inch flat screen television in the villa for guests to use. The indoor dining area provides a handcrafted Cypriot oak hardwood table with six chairs.
There are 3 double bedrooms in the villa and 2 bathrooms, both with shower facilities.
